3BL TV is the Web video channel of 3BL Media. Its programming features original content produced by some of the most influential voices in corporate social responsibility (CSR). From personal commentary and insights to in-depth reporting and interviews, 3BL TV also features “the CSR Minute,” 3BL Media’s daily headline news Webcast.

David Connor

is a leading entrepreneur, social media fan, business strategist and an energetic champion for CSR for smaller businesses.
He is currently the Founder and Managing Director of Coethica, a CSR consultancy that specialises in advising and actively promoting the agenda for smaller businesses in the UK and now internationally. Based near Liverpool in the UK, David discovered his ethical business calling whilst managing the community engagement programme at Everton Football Club in the English Premier League. During his eight year tenure he was responsible for prestigious national and international acclaim and CSR awards, highlighted by the success of his flagship—and now, world-leading—Disability Football Programme. This also led to three years as Manager of the England Amputee Football Team. In addition to his role at Coethica, he is also Chairman of an inner-city regeneration-through-entrepreneurship project called Enable, and is a Non-Executive Director of a sport-based, social enterprise called Kick4Change. Chris Jarvis

is a keynote speaker, consultant, and author of the “Realizing Your Worth” blog that focuses on CSR and corporate volunteering. In working with businesses and non-profits to create outstanding volunteer programs, Chris presents examples and practices that create value for companies while providing important benefits to the community. Recently, Chris and his partner Angela Parker, acted as advisers in the writing of “Mapping Success in Employee Volunteering: The Drivers of Effectiveness for Employee Volunteering and Giving Programs and Fortune 500 Performance”; produced by Boston College and authored by Bea Boccalandro. They also contribute as expert writers on several websites including Volunteer Canada’s CorporateVolunteering.ca, Businessfightspoverty.com and 3blmedia.com. They are presently collaborating on a book which will be a comprehensive guide to Corporate Social Responsibility for HR managers.

Fabian Pattberg

began working in the CSR field with Futerra Sustainability Communications, having completed a Masters of Science Degree in International Business and Intercultural Management at the Copenhagen Business School. He moved on to become Standards Advisor for AccountAbility London, where he worked on the AA1000 Assurance Standard, including the Stakeholder Engagement Standard and Manual. At E.ON UK he was responsible for the company’s CSR reporting program, including company-wide stakeholder engagement, content identification, content creation, project management and design. He also participated in the development of the E.ON group-wide CSR strategy. Currently Fabian works as a CSR and sustainability expert advising companies on CSR strategies and appropriate social media communication. Emily Polk
is the anchor for the CSR Minute. She has worked and lived for nearly ten years around the world as a human rights–focused writer and editor. Prior to joining the 3BL Media team, Emily was the Senior writer and Editor for a corporate social responsibility news service. Polk's own writing and radio documentaries have appeared in National Geographic Traveler, the Boston Globe, NPR, AlterNet, the Indian Express, Central America Weekly, the Ghanaian Chronicle, and Whole Earth Magazine, among others. Emily lives in Northampton, Massachusetts with her acupuncturist, Tai Chi-practicing husband, Jake and their cat Malu. She is currently pursuing her doctorate in Communication for Sustainable Social Change.
