Open Farm Sunday 2011

Since 1919, generations of farm families who own Cabot Creamery Cooperative — now 1,200 strong through New England and New York — have taken great pride in producing world-class cheddar.

As a way of saying thank you to all those who support Cabot, some of our farmers are opening their gates to welcome the public for a free visit on October 16th, between 11-2pm.  Visitors will experience a neighborly welcome event, in which they will meet the family, the critters, and even help out with some of the chores if they wish.

It is a chance for Cabot supporters to see where the "World's Best Cheddar" comes from.
