The world of corporate citizenship ratings and rankings can be intimidating. The options and methods of submitting materials have increased exponentially over the past decade. 

The good news is that companies derive benefits from the disclosure process—it can highlight corporate culture, inform strategy, establish accountability, provide transparency, stimulate dialogue with stakeholders, and engage employees.
