ORLANDO, Fla., January 21, 2016 /3BL Media/ – ACCP (Association of Corporate Contributions Professionals) has announced the release of the new 2016 ACCP Course Catalog. ACCP, the sole association dedicated to the professional development of Corporate Responsibility (CR) professionals, has consistently delivered high quality, practical training for thousands of individuals employed in a CR capacity. ACCP’s offerings, detailed in the 2016 ACCP Course Catalog, provide training to meet the needs of the CR professional regardless of where they are in their career path.

ACCP established a partnership with the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business to launch the Corporate Responsibility Executive Institute in 2015. Continuing in 2016, the Institute consists of three programs: Advanced Business Acumen; Managing the Matrix; and Strategic Business Leadership. Programs are held at the Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business campus in downtown Chicago and led by members of Notre Dame’s world-class faculty. The programs are designed for senior level Corporate Responsibility executives. What makes the Institute unique is its focus on business concepts that Corporate Responsibility executives need to excel in their organizations. There is no other program like it anywhere.

The Contributions Academy Forum, ACCP’s longest running program, which pre-dates ACCP’s existence, has seen hundreds of graduates over the years. The Forum provides a comprehensive overview of the multi-faceted operational aspects of Corporate Responsibility. Fortune 500 companies have used The Forum for years as their training course of choice for new-hires in Corporate Responsibility. The Forum covers the landscape of Corporate Responsibility, giving the learner an understanding of the many components that make up a holistic Corporate Responsibility program. Grantmaking, Workplace Giving, Employee Volunteerism, Employee Engagement, and Signature Programs are just a few of the subjects covered in an intensive two and a half day immersion course.

ACCP also offers, through The Measurement Academy, Fundamentals of Measurement. Fundamentals takes participants through an overview of the measurement landscape and teaches participants how to apply a logic model to their programs and initiatives. Measurement is growing in importance to those in Corporate Responsibility as the need to demonstrate the value of Corporate Responsibility activities increases. Being able to provide qualitative and quantitative results derived from defensible, rational measurement principles is the ultimate takeaway for those attending Fundamentals.

In addition to the formal training courses offered by ACCP, there are dozens of webcasts and regional meetings held throughout the year. These meetings tackle top of mind issues, showcase successful programs and initiatives launched by ACCP members and facilitate candid discussions. ACCP also hosts The Conference, recognized by the Huffington Post and Realized Worth as a “must-attend’ event for Corporate Responsibility. Held in March, The Conference, open only to those currently employed in corporate responsibility positions, delivers an unmatched experience through relevant speakers, hands-on workshops, Learning Labs and purposeful networking. Unlike other conferences that have large crowds and cover a broad spectrum of ESG, ACCP deliberately restricts attendance to around 200 and the subject matter centers around Corporate Responsibility only.

ACCP is continually updating the programs offered to reflect the ever-changing nature of the profession. Committed to providing programs that deliver practical applications, not just theoretical knowledge, ACCP will continue expanding its portfolio of professional development and educational opportunities for the Corporate Responsibility professional.
