September 10, 2015 /3BL Media/ - Improving and making customer experience more efficient is Sumando’s purpose, this program will lead Grupo Financiero Banorte, through various initiatives and projects, to a new business model focused on the client, which certainly will give us a competitive advantage in the industry - unique in treating each client while knowing their preferences, needs, style and purchasing habits in detail.

This objective is possible thanks to a single information platform, a tool whose operation will make it possible to use client-bank relationship information to generate predictive intelligence in order to be able to identify the client's needs at the right time. That is why having the customers as our operations center, will help our business units to establish strategies and make better decisions to increase profitability, define actions and offers that enable them to develop personalized campaigns, enriching the customers experience of those who come into contact with the strong Bank of Mexico.

Sumando also proposes a multi-channel structure to ensure that regardless of the channel used by the client whether it be branch, mobile, internet, ATM and/or Contact Center, they will always receive consistent service using data acquired from their profile, as well as suggestions for products targeting their specific needs which at the same time potentiate profitability with individualized offers.

In this regard, we are proud of the new portal’s launching that will completely change the bank-customer relationship concept, by acknowledging that customers are the core of our business and asking “What can Banorte do for you?”

Our new web site is an important technological innovation that will not only connect to other channels but also improve user experience by being a secure and intuitive tool whose simple customized design enables the customer to make queries and transactions in a more direct and agile manner.

With the wellbeing of customers in mind, we have completed the multichannel transformation; by providing the integration of all our channels, customers will be able to carry out any operation whenever and from wherever they chose with greater ease.

This is just the beginning of what we will be able to achieve by combining technology, platforms and talent with the commitment to generate real change to interact with clients, to be closer to them and provide a service that will make each customer actually experience that for Banorte each client is unique... because together, we make a stronger Mexico.
