Bloomberg is committed to developing inclusive leaders and integrating diversity & inclusion principles into all leadership development curricula. We provide tools on how to minimize bias in the workplace and host educational sessions on being an authentic leader, managing across differences and executive presence. Our unconscious bias training is offered to employees and mandatory for all our leaders. In a major effort, Bloomberg successfully trained 99.2% of managers on Unconscious Bias in 2016.The objectives of the Unconscious Bias Training are to:

  • Create a safe environment to discuss issues of bias and exclusion
  • Share Research on unconscious bias
  • Explore how biases may impact alll segments of the employee life cycle
  • Enhance your ability to engage in disucssions about bias and inclusion
