When CBRE Chicago was hiring a Business Services Clerk for its new Workplace360 conference space, local leaders knew they needed someone with a friendly smile and an eye for detail—and when they met Stephen, they knew they found the right person for the job.

Stephen was referred to CBRE by Aspire, a nonprofit dedicated to creating inclusive communities for people with disabilities. Aspire Careers, one of the four main focuses of Aspire, is dedicated to connecting with corporate partners to employ people like Stephen.

Watch this video for a spotlight on Stephen and how many professionals in the office don't know how they ever got along without him in this important role.
