We have all through the work that we do as companies that are really trying to be more sustainable, the work that we do is having more and more impact.  We see it in our supply chains, so the people who make Levis we’re working with them to reduce the amount of water that they use, the amount of energy that they use, the amount of materials that they use, reducing their impact on the planet.  So this is terrific work.  We’re trying to improve the conditions of the workers that make our product, right.  We want to make sure that they’re treated fairly and properly but now we’re also thinking about a new initiative to understand how do we -- not only make sure workers are treated properly but how do we improve their lives.  Right.  I think that is really the next stage for us as far as the workers who are making our product.  People make your product.  How do we improve their lives?  Not just make sure they have good working conditions and are being treated fairly but how you improve their lives.  So this is another initiative that we’re thinking about.  I think the challenge for us as companies is really to take this good work and try to figure out how do we involve our consumers?  How do we involve people who may purchase our products to get them to really understand what we’re trying to do but also what they can do?  And to really raise the awareness of people, right, about environmental sustainability about labor conditions and how we can together improve them.
