Interview with Maureen Flynn, Senior Managing Director of Corporate Engagement at Changing our World, at the 2013 VolunteerMatch Client Summit in New York City. Maureen spoke at the Summit about how to create a culture of engagement at companies that incentivizes employees to get involved.

In the video she reflects on the shift at companies from traditional volunteering to projects based on skilled and pro bono volunteering. She also talks about how having a defined volunteer engagement strategy that is well aligned with business and corporate philanthropy goals can help equip employees to be great voices for what the company stands for when they go out in public.
