CAMPAIGN: A Commitment to Ending Domestic Violence

Teenagers and young people communicate via text more than any other group. To help provide resources to Millennials and Gen Y, Mary Kay partnered with loveisrespect and is the lead sponsor of the nation’s first text helpline for teens and young women.

The texting program is a safe, anonymous resource for teens and young adults to seek help and information about healthy relationships. Young people can connect via text with peer advocates who are trained to respond to their concerns and guide them to research-based information about the dynamics of relationships. The texting program also provides resources to parents, teachers and friends of young people.

If you or someone you know has experienced abuse, send the text “Loveis” to 77054. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
