Thought leadership has become a buzzword that is considered important for both Consumer (B2C) and B2B (Business to Business) companies; especially important in B2B, because of the complexity and length of the decision-making process in these environments and the large number of people involved. Thought leadership content can help anyone involved in the business decision making process to gain alignment across their company regarding the problems they are facing.

There are many 'top' lists and awards, yet none specifically address trustworthy business behaviour and for the last four years Trust Across America has been working with a growing team of experts to study, define and quantify trustworthy business. Through its in-depth research it has defined that an organisation cannot be deemed trustworthy without a culture that embraces strong and stable financials, conservative accounting, corporate integrity, transparency, sustainability and long-term reputation preservation.

Therefore, the accolade that FedEx executive, Mitch Jackson, Staff VP of Environmental Affairs and Sustainability has again been recognized and named a 'Top 100 Thought Leader for Trustworthy Business Behaviour' by Trust Across America for the third consecutive year is news. Mitch Jackson's develops the sustainability strategy and vision to ensure that FedEx minimises its environmental footprint while still delivering outstanding customer service. Trust Across America itself wants to improve trustworthy business behaviour in America, which it believes will help inspire economic growth, profitability, encourage quality services and strengthen win-win relationships with world-class thought leaders who define excellence.
