Contest only open to employees of nonprofit organizations based in the United States that have ongoing peer-to-peer fundraising programs.  If winner elects to use the Fundly system for one of its events in 2013, Fundly will waive its monthly and per-transaction fees for that one event managed by the winning organization in 2013. Credit card processing fees will still apply.  Prize is not transferable.  The decision of the judges is final.
