As part of Ingersoll Rand's support of STEM initiatives, employees collaborate with the next generation of innovators - high school students - in the annual international FIRST® Robotics Competition. For the last few years, employees have mentored and worked with students to design and build functioning robots that do things such as shoot basketballs.
