PepsiCo is proud to introduce an updated Global Code of Conduct. The refreshed Code is a clear representation of the company's continued commitment to the highest standards of ethics, integrity and compliance with the law. This is the first significant update to the Code in a decade, and we encourage you to familiarize yourself with its additional information in advance of PepsiCo's annual Code training and certification process, which begins in the coming weeks.

As detailed in PepsiCo Chairman and CEO Indra Nooyi's broadcast email on Oct. 1, the Code may look different, but the principles on which it rests have not changed: respect in the workplace, integrity in the marketplace, ethics in business practices and responsibility to our shareholders. All associates have a personal responsibility to embrace these principles while performing work for PepsiCo.

The Code is available on both PepsiCo.com and MyPepsiCo.com. If you cannot find an answer in the Code, or if you have any questions, you should always seek guidance. Additionally, if you are aware of something that may be a violation of our Code, our policies or the law, you should report it so it can be addressed. You may contact your manager, next level manager, your local HR manager, the Legal department, the Global Compliance & Ethics department or the Speak Up ethics hotline at any time.
