The panel will explore consumer behavior change issues associated with waste disposal. Once an afterthought for consumers, session participants are bringing waste and recycling top of mind and leading major shifts in the way waste is viewed, handled and processed. Using her experience shaping Recyclebank’s consumer-driven recycling education and rewards program, Diamond will share the challenges and successes Recyclebank has experienced in inspiring people to make long-term changes to their waste and recycling behavior with on and offline initiatives.
