Teams at Ingersoll Rand's Monterrey, Mexico facility addressed water scarcity issues and made changes that enabled reuse of wastewater from manufacturing processes, and saved tens of thousands of dollars.

On average, the facility’s treatment of all wastewater results in about 1,065 gallons of new water saved per day, or 13% less water extracted from wells, and a 65% reduction in the amount of wastewater discharged from the facility.
