Moderation and responsible consumption have been cornerstones of HEINEKEN USA’s identity since Gerard Adriaan Heineken founded the company in Amsterdam in 1864. Each year, HEINEKEN USA’s 1864 Award for Responsibility recognizes outstanding distributor partners who go above and beyond to promote responsible consumption.
