Creating Change from 2008 to 2012

These are the highlights of how our Corporate Responsibility program has been bringing our values to life over the past five years.

By harnessing the potential of our technology, our workforce, and our relationships with like-minded individuals and organizations, we’re strengthening local communities and supporting a more sustainable future.

We gave thousands of hours and millions of dollars back to the community through our Global Giving initiatives. As a result of our Sustainability Projects, we reduced our Greenhouse gas emissions by 6,416 metric tons in 2012, even as the company grew. We supported a creative and productive future for 115,000 youth through Adobe Youth Voices. Our Waste Reduction efforts continue to blaze a trail for collaborative and paperless products.

While we’re proud of what we’ve accomplished, we know we have more work to do. We’re working to increase participation in our employee involvement programs by 20% in 2013, reduce the amount of packaging per product unit by 80% in 2014, and achieve our goal of global carbon neutrality by 2015, to name a few. Led by our company values, we’re striving for continuous improvement.
