HMH Volunteer Week 2013

HMH Volunteer Week (October 7–13) is a Company-wide campaign to engage employees in HMH-sponsored and individual service projects around the world. Employee-led Community Investment Councils (CICs) and Volunteer Week Coordinators at every HMH office and distribution center will lead 113 service projects that address a variety of cause areas. Employees will also record any personal service hours they complete during Volunteer Week, especially if they work remotely. In addition to multiplying employees' social impact in the places where they live and work, Volunteer Week provides unique opportunities for the HMH community to develop new skills, build relationships with colleagues, and get closer to the students and individuals who use their products and services every day.
