Southwest Airlines Celebrates Military Heroes Month

Service. Honor. Sacrifice. Celebrate. Southwest Airlines cares about our troops, and this blog series highlights our efforts to honor the military heroes amongst us.

To honor its Employees and Customers who are currently serving or have served in the armed forces, Southwest Airlines is celebrating “Military Heroes Month,” this month to show support for veterans and service members across the nation. Working with multiple nonprofit organizations throughout November, the airline is saying thank you by giving back and helping to raise money to support military service members and their families.
