UPS Global Volunteer Month 2011

Global Volunteer Month (GVM) is held each October to celebrate volunteerism around the world. UPSers and their families donate more than one million hours of volunteer service annually to local community organizations.  This year’s focus is on Community Safety, which includes activities such as humanitarian relief efforts, the UPS Road Code program, volunteer firefighters, or teaching new mothers how to properly install a child's safety car seat.
