Launched in February 2014, Whole Cities Foundation’s mission is to improve individual and community health through collaborative partnerships, education, and broader access to nutritious food in the communities we serve. Whole Cities has five focus cities: Detroit MI, Jackson MS, New Orleans LA, Englewood IL, Newark NJ. And serves dozens of other communities through its Team Member Community First Grant Program.
