The Culinary Academy of Las Vegas is a comprehensive training center that prepares individuals the culinary and hospitality industry, as well as assists those already working to enhance their knowledge and skills. Staff and instructors strive to provide the most practical, hands-on experience to give students the advantage when applying for real world jobs. And those real jobs come from a series of resorts along The Strip, including all of MGM Resorts’ properties. In fact, two model training rooms for guest room attendant classes are exact replicas of rooms at Bellagio and MGM Grand, right down to the carpet!
