Connect To Good

When I walk through the halls of AT&T offices, I see faces representing the globe. That always makes me proud to share our story—a story of a company that truly embraces diversity. To give you a sense of just how diverse we are, consider:

People of color made up 43% and women 33% of the 272,000 employees worldwide.

  • There were more than 105,000 employee memberships.
  • The company spent some $13.7 billion with diverse suppliers.

Those are facts any company would be proud to claim. You’ll find them and many more in our just-released 2015 Diversity & Inclusion Annual Report. Please read though it and get to know us better. And you’ll see why our employees, customers, communities and suppliers all rank us as best in class at diversity and inclusion.

We make diversity a priority because it’s the right thing to do, and it makes us a stronger, more innovative company. Our employees recognize it, and they appreciate the fact that at AT&T, every voice matters.

This report provides the details on how we bring that to life every day.
