Davidson, N.C., August 31, 2015 /3BL Media/ – Jason Bingham, vice president of energy services and controls at Trane, a brand of Ingersoll Rand, a world leader in creating comfortable, sustainable and efficient environments, will share insights with participants at the Fourth Annual Market Transformation Conference in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Bingham’s keynote speech will spotlight “disruptive forces changing the ways energy services and solutions providers address energy efficiency in commercial buildings.” Bingham will draw on the experiences gained in commercial buildings through Trane Building Advantage.

“Energy can be the single largest operating expense in a typical commercial building, with energy used by U.S. commercial and industrial buildings costing about $200 billion annually,” said Bingham. “Gathering industry leaders to share unique perspectives on enhancing building performance is a needed step in addressing the impact earth’s rapidly growing population will have on energy demand.”

The conference takes place August 31-September 2 at the Westin Charlotte Hotel. The event is open to the public with registration.

Trane Building Advantage is proven methods for engaging building owners to determine a building’s full potential and delivering measurable results through the Trane people and portfolio of products and services. It is available today through Trane in the U.S. and Canada and it is built on decades of experience in maximizing a building’s full potential.

The 2015 Annual Market Transformation Conference will showcase best practices, case studies and new technology in energy savings performance contracting. Ingersoll Rand is a platinum sponsor of the Energy Services Coalition (ESC) as part of its commitment to convening industry leaders to address energy reduction.
