Dale is the senior director of Offerings and Marketing at Uponor North America and has more than 30 years of experience in the building and construction industry, including engineering, business, sales and marketing. He holds a Master of Science in chemical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, N.Y. and a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Kettering University in Flint, Mich. He is also a member of the Radiant Professionals Alliance, the Plastic Pipe and Fittings Association (PPFA), and the Plastics Pipe Institute (PPI).
