General Mills Receives Top 5 Ranking on Working Mother’s 2014 “100 Best Companies” List

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn., September 18, 2014 /3BL Media/ – Working Mother magazine today recognized General Mills among the top five 2014 Working Mother 100 Best Companies for outstanding leadership in establishing policies, programs and corporate culture that supports working moms.

In its evaluation of General Mills, Working Mother specifically applauded the company for its flexible work options, child care offerings and overall representation of female employees and leaders across the company. General Mills’ U.S. employee base is comprised of nearly 50 percent women, and 44 percent of all U.S. management positions are held by women.
