Looking ahead to International Women’s Day, BNY Mellon’s Pershing unit has released the results of a public opinion survey exploring current attitudes about leadership styles and women at work. From Fortune 500 CEOs down to their own bosses, Americans want managers who eschew old-style command and control techniques in favor of listening, consultation, coaching and building community.
