Influential Women at Alliance Data: Dinah Garcia Tolley

In celebration of Women's History Month, we are excited to spotlight influential women at Alliance Data throughout the month of March.

Our first spotlight is Dinah Garcia Tolley, VP, Customer Care Operations, who has been a passionate advocate for women throughout her career. Dinah has worked at Alliance Data for nine years, starting as an operations manager at our Rio Rancho, NM facility. She returned to school after 20 years to earn her executive MBA, which she credits as jump-starting her career growth at Alliance Data. She is trilingual (English, Spanish and French) and outside of work, has a passion to help end hunger by serving as Vice Chair for the Roadrunner Food Bank of New Mexico. She supports their​ "data for good" Service Insights initiative that was funded by Alliance Data and leads the Donor Engagement committee. She likes to spend time with her husband and twin boys and enjoys traveling domestically and internationally —​ though that is currently on hold due to the pandemic.
