The GRI Due Process Oversight Committee (DPOC) ensures that the standard-setting activities of the GRI Global Sustainability Standards Board (GSSB) are conducted in accordance with its due process.

The DPOC is looking for two more members to join the Committee, commencing June 2016. Candidates should have experience working in international organizations, governments or regulatory bodies, with an interest in and knowledge of international issues related to sustainability reporting.

DPOC members will sit on the committee for three years. Members will be involved in approximately four virtual meetings a year and annual in-person meetings as required on matters related to due process.

Participation on the DPOC is voluntary, as is participation on all of GRI’s governance bodies.

Interest applicants are requested to read the DPOC’s Terms of Reference and the Due Process Protocol for a full overview of the Committee’s role and responsibilities.

If you are interested in applying for a position, please submit the following documents to Governance Relations Coordinator, Tina Nybo Jensen, by 13 May 2016 Midnight CEST:

Unfortunately, nominations received after 13 May 2016 Midnight CEST cannot be accepted.

Questions can be directed to Tina Nybo Jensen, jensen@globalreporting.org
