Kimberly-Clark Looks to Take Sustainability into the Future

NEW MILFORD — For Kimberly-Clark Corp., it’s not enough to reflect on its recent sustainability successes or to look a year or two down the road for ways to continue to have a positive social and environmental impact.

For the maker of Kleenex and other common household brands, that vision goes out to 2022, which will coincide with the company’s 150th anniversary. Dallas-based Kimberly-Clark, which employs around 300 people at its New Milford manufacturing facility, has identified five areas of priority with its Sustainability 2022 strategy.
