Since 2000, the Corporate Citizenship Awards have showcased how businesses make the world a better place. Every day, businesses serve as a powerful force for good in communities across the United States and in countries around the world.  They solve today’s greatest challenges through innovation, expertise, efficiency, capital, and collaboration.  For more than 16 years, the Citizens Awards have honored excellence in corporate citizenship.

Awards are given in eight categories, including the below:

Best Commitment to Education Program

The Citizen award for this category is dedicated to a single strategic initiative focused on improving educational outcomes for students. Eligible initiatives could focus on a number of topics including Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM), early education, K-12, teacher training, access to technology & resources, or continuing education among others. The initiative must show a commitment to improving student achievement and demonstrate measurable results.

If you know of an outstanding citizenship effort by a company or chamber of commerce, we encourage you to submit a nomination. Applications are open now through May 29.
