At MGM Resorts International, military veterans are a highly valued part of our workforce.

Every year, we strive to recruit and retain the very best talent, hosting a job fair specifically targeted to veterans and active-duty military members. Once they’re hired, veterans come into a highly supportive work environment that includes our Veterans Employee Network Group and our leadership development program called Boots to Business.

As a company, we also strive to show veterans our gratitude by hosting an annual Salute to Troops event over Veterans Day weekend. Dozens of Wounded Warriors and their spouses are treated to an all-expenses paid vacation at one of our resorts, complete with meals and entertainment.

In 2014, the company donated $250,000 for the construction of a Fisher House in Las Vegas to accommodate families of military service men and women while they recuperate from combat injury. These are just a few examples of how we honor our veterans. For more information on MGM Resorts and our talented workforce, check out the 2014 CSR Report.
