We are confident that with their added expertise and support, the Alliance will soar to new heights in the year ahead. The newly elected Directors, who represent top business, utility and industry entities, include:

We look forward with great anticipation to these four new stellar voices joining the team, and are confident that our mission to advance energy efficiency will be strengthened by their contributions.”

Honorary chair Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-N.H.) said, “The combined experience of the Alliance’s new board members will surely help us move towards common sense, bipartisan energy policies that will in turn create jobs, lower pollution, and save consumers and taxpayers money.”

Jane Palmieri, Dow Chemical Company’s business president for Building & Construction and Alliance board co-chair said, “I am eager to work closely with Jeff, Randy, Terence and Tom in 2016 and beyond. I am certain that their leadership will bring a great deal of added value to the Alliance, and that their contributions will be invaluable as we continue to advance energy efficiency policy throughout the coming year.”

Sobolewski said, “As one of the largest investor-owned energy companies in the world, we see incredible opportunity in the inextricable link between energy efficiency, demand-side management programs, and customer engagement. Looking ahead to what we hope will be a productive year for energy efficiency, I am grateful to have the opportunity to join a board that brings so much value to the clean energy discussion.”

Tom Kuhn, president of Edison Electric Institute, has rejoined the board after recent term limitation.
