“I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to help advance PYXERA Global’s mission of bridging the public, private and social sectors for sustainable solutions to complex challenges,” says Ms. Asiala.  “And I’m very much looking forward to what 2015 will bring as PYXERA Global celebrates twenty-five years of global engagement.”

Ms. Asiala’s thirty year career in international business included roles in finance, marketing, human resources, and communications.  Prior to joining PYXERA Global, Ms. Asiala was the Director of Corporate Citizenship at the Dow Corning Corporation where she led development of their citizenship programs from local site community relations to global citizenship strategies.  She oversaw the development of the company’s global pro bono program, Citizen Service Corps and the company’s public-private partnership with the Global Alliance for Clean Cookstoves, a partnership amongst the UN Foundation, the U.S. State Department, and the Clinton Global Initiative, among others.
