    Kimberly-Clark achieved a 13% reduction in reportable injuries & illnesses, and delivered the lowest incident rate ever in its history (0.27 incidents per 200,000 hours worked).

    In 2013, Catalyst, a leading nonprofit organization with a mission to expand opportunities for women in business, recognized Kimberly-Clark as a leading company in supporting women.
     
  • We contributed more than $35 million in cash and product donations
    K-C helps those in need gain essentials for better lives through a range of health, humanitarian, economic and environmental initiatives.
     
  • Employees volunteered more than 80,500 hours in the U.S. alone
    Throughout the year, employees around the world participate in a variety of volunteer activities with local nonprofit organizations.
