Our thoughts are with all those who have been displaced and severely impacted due to the catastrophic effects of Hurricane Harvey, and we are strongly committed to supporting relief, response, and rebuilding efforts.

To that end, Qualcomm Incorporated is committing $1 million to a range of organizations providing shelter, emergency services, food, and other needed supplies in the near-term, as well as toward long-term recovery efforts. Qualcomm is immediately donating $250,000 to be distributed among the American Red Cross, Greater Houston Community Foundation, Feeding Texas, and the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals of Texas. The company is also offering up to $250,000 in matching funds based on individual employee donations to selected organizations. Additionally, Qualcomm will donate $500,000 to long-term recovery efforts, with distributions to be determined in coordination with Texas Governor Greg Abbott’s office as well as state and local authorities.
