Citizen Group began working with the City of Phoenix to develop the “Reimagine Phoenix” campaign roughly a year ago. Why this, and why now? With a population of four million people, Phoenix is the 10th-fastest-growing metro area in the US. As such, the quality of life most of us take for granted is at risk if local residents don’t begin to adopt ways to lessen their shared impact.
