As I wrote in my previous blog, Barclays current citizenship strategy comes to a close at the end of the year. We are currently putting the finishing touches on its successor, a plan we’ve been working with internal and external stakeholders for the past 18 months.

Stakeholders have been central to the development of the new plan – for us, this has meant deep internal engagement from our business divisions, along with the corporate functions including finance, communications, marketing, legal and compliance.
