Sodexo Participates in HACR’s Research Initiative Aimed at Measuring Hispanic Inclusion in Corporate America

GAITHERSBURG, Md., January 3, 2017 /3BL Media/ - Sodexo, a world leader in Quality of Life Services, today announced its participation in 2016 HACR Corporate Inclusion Index (HACR CII) survey, which released results mid-December. A research initiative conducted by the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR) and the HACR Research Institute, the survey is aimed at measuring Hispanic inclusion in Corporate America. For the 5th consecutive year, Sodexo was among the top-rated companies, receiving an overall score of 90.

The survey focuses on the areas of employment, procurement, philanthropy, and governance. Sodexo recognizes the importance of evaluating these metrics and identifying gaps to frame strategic plans to help the company align with the demands of a diverse, ever-changing marketplace. Its participation in the survey is key to strengthening Sodexo’s commitment to the U.S. Hispanic community. Survey data allows it to understand the needs of evolving demographics, develop Hispanic initiatives, and make significant progress in the company.
