Twenty Booz Allen Employees Honored as Modern Day Technology Leaders at BEYA STEM Conference

Twenty Booz Allen Hamilton employees were recognized as Modern Day Technology Leaders (MDTL), at the prestigious BEYA STEM Conference held February 18-20, 2016 in Philadelphia, PA.  

The Black Engineer of the Year Awards (BEYA) recognize and honor the exceptional achievements of those who have excelled in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). Booz Allen has long-standing history with BEYA, with more than 100 Booz Allen employees recognized through this program since 2005.

Booz Allen empowers and enables our people to leave their mark on the firm and their work. And they respond with amazing results. This year’s Modern Day Technology Leaders include: Ron Berry, Chief Technologist; ZeAmma Brathwaite, Lead Associate; Stephanie Brinkley, Associate; Arnett Brown III, Lead Engineer; Stahle Butler, Sr. Consultant; Trina Cobb, Senior Lead Technologist; James Freeman, Lead Associate; Charles Glover II, Senior Lead Technologist; Christal Gordon, Associate; Sheryl Jones, Senior Associate; Andre Lewis, Associate; Terrell Lewis, Senior Consultant; Wes Lewis, Associate; Theresa Lynch, Lead Technologist; Marcus McGee, Senior Consultant; Andre Simmons, Associate; Camille Smith, Associate; Donald Wells, Principal; Teddi Whitley, Associate; and Howard Wilson, Associate.  

Booz Allen Principal David Roberts said of the awards ceremony, “It was truly moving to see 20 Booz Allen Modern Day Technology Leaders walk across the stage to accept their awards. BEYA MDTL winners are recognized for their role in shaping the future of engineering, science, and technology in their profession and community. Their diverse thoughts and ideas raise the bar for ingenuity, creativity, and innovation across the industry. Winners were highlighted in the 2016 US Black Engineer & Information Technology magazine conference edition.
