The Women’s Empowerment Principles Gender Gap Analysis Tool (WEPs Tool) is a business-driven tool designed to help companies from around the world identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities to improve their performance on gender equality.

The WEPs Tool is free, easy-to-use and strictly confidential. Results are provided in a concise and clear format so companies can easily identify areas for improvement.

Sign the Human Rights Open Letter to Academics

Demand for business and human rights education is growing worldwide. Academic institutions are well positioned to prepare future business leaders to manage the human rights impacts of their companies.

The UN Global Compact in collaboration with the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) are asking companies to sign an open letter calling on academic institutions to integrate business and human rights into their curriculum.
