VIDEO | Lichen: Mohawk Group Partners with Morehouse College to Reduce Water Consumption

To fulfill a portion of the Living Product Challenge Petal Certification for the Lichen carpet plank collection, Mohawk Group reached out to a historic Atlanta college to engage in an innovative and symbiotic "handprinting" partnership.
To help offset the amount of water used to produce Lichen, the flooring company worked with Morehouse College to donate and install low-flow shower heads in the school's dormitories. The investment of these fixtures will result in a savings of approximately 1.2 million gallons of water annually.
