Educating Tomorrow’s Media Industry Leaders

We were honored to present to more than 250 students at the Emma L. Bowen Foundation’s Summer Conference in New York City last week. Created in 1989, the Emma L. Bowen Foundation prepares minority youth for careers in the media industry. Students gain an invaluable opportunity during the organization’s four-year program to learn about corporate operations and develop company-specific skills. Media companies – ourselves included – train and mentor students with the option of full-time employment upon completion of their college degrees.
