Despite huge costs for absenteeism and lost productivity, many organizations remain reluctant to talk openly about workplace mental health. Keith Dobson’s latest research shows that the stigma associated with conditions such as depression exacerbates an already difficult situation. Keith will outline the latest thinking on the challenges for workers and their employers in dealing with mental health issues in the workplace.
