It seems that the controversy over executive compensation emerges with predictable regularity, only to fizzle as the media move on to something else. Even the outcries over pay prompted by the financial crisis have subsided. The constant reappearance of this issue over and over however does demonstrate its long-term resonance.

“Say on pay” resolutions and financial sector leaders’ forgoing bonuses are two visible signs of what some experts consider to be a fundamental change in compensation attitudes and practices.

Two leading experts will discuss new developments in executive compensation strategy, and reflect on how they see the landscape changing in the immediate and near future.
