Do you experience business sustainability resistance within your organization?  Do you feel like sustainability concepts are working against the flow?  The direction of resistance is often directly related to the source of new ideas, the nature of internal communication, and the degree of alignment across the organization. 

Experience has led us to believe that, in order to succeed, sustainability practices have to not only be aligned with but promote common interests across the company.  While management is ultimately responsible for creating corporate direction, business sustainability minded executives now realize that their stakeholders  have an equally important leadership role to play.
