We have all heard the phrase, “go with the flow” or “follow the path of least resistance”.  In business, this can be a far too easy and potentially dangerous proposition.  What could be considered a sustainable path for one organization may be a road to failure for another. 

Our professional consulting frequently finds businesses approaching sustainability in an ad-hoc manner, often lacking sustainability plans united with business objectives.  Even more concerning are those organizations simply along for the ride, following the latest trends or simply mirroring the actions of their competitions.
