WHEN: Tuesday, November 23, 2010 at 2:00 p.m

Featuring:
Marianne Farag,
Director, Comptrollership Change Management Initiative, Government of Manitoba
An ambitious inter-departmental Comptrollership Change Management Initiative (CCMI) was launched in September 2008, to instill and operationalize effective comptrollership across Government of Manitoba departments. Despite many challenges— some anticipated and others unfolding as the work progressed—the CCMI has managed to garner and sustain widespread support, and continues to forge ahead successfully.

Marianne Farag will outline the factors contributing to the positive reception of this major change initiative as she describes:
  • the change model used

  • CCMI’s operating principles

  • how this major program is able to affect change with limited resources
