Green Legacy Home believes in Green Equity, and that it has value to new and future buyers.  When others are claiming to sell Green Homes, it is often a Marketing Ploy to generally sell a house.  With our program, it does more.  We want to retain the Green Premium of a home for years after its sale.  No other program passes the Green Premium to each and every new owner of a home.
